Working Student Operations / Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

THE JOB

Are you looking for a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in Operations and Supply Chain Management within a fast-growing company?

At mute-labs, you will work closely with our Operations team and gain direct exposure to how a company scales its processes, tools, and data.

Your responsibilities
  • Support the development and optimization of our ERP system (Odoo) and related process automation
  • Work on structuring and maintaining data to improve reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
  • Assist the Operations team in day-to-day tasks related to Supply Chain Management
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements
What you will learn
  • How to scale operations in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo) and process automation
  • Exposure to real business challenges and cross-functional collaboration
  • Work in an international team and strengthen your language skills
  • (English and German are our working languages, with opportunities to use French, Spanish, and Italian)

What we’re looking for
  • You are currently enrolled as a student (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar)
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with data
  • You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn
  • You are comfortable working in English (German is a plus)
