Working Student Sales & Partner Management (m/f/d)

Working Student, Part-time · Berlin

THE JOB
At Berlin Acoustics, we're reshaping the way people experience sound and silence in the workplace. We bring design, performance, and sustainability together to create spaces where people can thrive. Having built a strong foundation in core markets, we’re now entering a new chapter and we’re growing fast across Europe and beyond.

Are you an Operational Champion?
Do you enjoy being the reliable backbone that keeps a sales team running smoothly?
Are you highly organized and detail-oriented?
Are you eager to gain hands-on experience and take ownership of internal projects?
Then this role might be the right fit for you.

Your Mission

As a Working Student, your mission is simple: be the reliable support for our Partner Managers. You will manage essential back-office tasks and data, directly increasing the commercial team's efficiency and freeing them up to focus on market relationships. Importantly, you will always keep an eye on improvement and drive your own small-scale projects to streamline processes.

What You'll Do

You will handle the core administrative tasks that enable our Partner Managers to focus on their markets and retailers, while also driving small improvements.
  • Quoting & Orders: Assist with preparing quotations and accurately incorporating orders into our system.
  • Retailer Communication: Keep our retailers informed by tracking and updating them on deliveries, assemblies, and claims.
  • CRM Management: Proactively maintain and ensure a clean, accurate database in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Backoffice Execution: Effectively manage operational workload, literally freeing up our Partner Managers' time.
  • Fairs & Events: Support the commercial team with the preparation and organization of industry fairs and events.
  • Process Streamlining: Take ownership of your own small projects to improve and streamline existing commercial processes and structures.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled as a student (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented work style.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in English and German is required. Spanish, Italian, or French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with a desire to take ownership and improve processes.
  • Available for part-time work (e.g., 15-20 hours per week) in Berlin.
ABOUT US
Here at mute-labs & Berlin Acoustics, we aim to enable companies to achieve more by democratizing silence in the workspace. And we’re not like any other Berlin start-up you might know:
  • We’re “no tech”: We know how to develop and sell great hardware products with a focus on sound-insulated phone- and meeting booths.
  • We have no investors and we really don’t want any. We've been profitable since day one.
  • We continue to have a steep growth curve – not in employees or coffee cups consumed, but in revenue and profit.
  • We’re not striving for an exit – we’re building a sustainable business for many generations to come.
Wondering what it's like to work here? We made a reel about it!
