THE JOB

This is what you’ll do

• You are part of our brand team and responsible for creating our paid social ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) as well as our organic content for social media.
• You confidently and flexibly create content with a smartphone or other design tools. Tools like After Effects, Canva or Figma are your constant companions for creating both still and video ads.
• As the face of our brand on social media, you’re comfortable being in front of the camera to represent our brand and present our content.
• You write captivating, easy-to-digest copy for your content and help build an active, engaged community through hands-on community management.
• You stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching the latest advertising and social media trends
• You enjoy diving into the numbers: analyze and report monthly social media performance, paid social ad performance with the team to constantly improve and refine your content creation to improve performance

Your Profile

• Social media is your playground—you love exploring the latest trends and creating standout content.
• You’re creative, have an eye for aesthetics, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• You enjoy developing topics and transforming them into creative content.
• You have experience in creating video and still ads using tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and After Effects.
• You’re bold enough to step in front of the camera.
• You’re fluent in English, in both spoken and written communication.
