This is the role
As our Partnership Manager Spain for our retail Brand Berlin Acoustics, you will be responsible for building up and developing strategic relationships with office furniture retailers in Spain.

This means you need to make sure, that,...
  • We build up a network of great office furniture retailers in Spain
  • We live the right communication structure with our BA retailer incl. regular personal meetings
  • We are present at regular events and other activities for our retail partner (exhibitions, etc.).
  • We assist our retailers in identifying and pitching for joint business opportunities (tenders)
  • We constantly collect feedback and have a close ear to the market to always know what we can improve
  • We reach revenue targets by generating business in the assigned accounts as well as the attainment of new accounts, ultimately through up- and cross-sales
  • We implement the right sales & marketing strategies across all relevant markets
  • We do an outstanding delivery and customer success job to maximize the satisfaction of our retail partners
This is you
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Partner Management.
  • You’re a natural communicator who feels at ease talking and negotiating with C-level execs.
  • Building something from scratch excites you – turning chaos into a scalable business model is your thing!
  • Strategic thinker with a long-term perspective.
  • Problem-solver at heart, always ready to find solutions for and with our retail partners.
  • Fluent in English, Spanish plus Italian skills!
  • You’re ready to hit the road and travel regularly.
  • Hands-on and fearless – making mistakes doesn’t scare you, it helps you grow.
  • Ownership is in your DNA – you treat this like it’s your own business.
  • A true people person who thrives on building strong relationships.
