And to continue telling this success story, we are looking for a Working Student Supply Chain to help us bring a mute-labs phone box to every office in Europe.

This is the role

As a Working Student Supply Chain at mute-labs, you make sure that

• our stock levels are accurate
• the purchasing flow in our ERP-system runs smoothly
• our master data is accurate and up-to-date
• our delivery orders are transferred on time and accurately

You will work directly with our supply chain manager on day-to-day operations to push our supply chain to the next level. 

Your daily tasks will include...

• Master data: Create articles in our ERP system (Odoo)
• Place orders with production partners (based on demand planning and lead times, and  booking production receipts)
• Operational inventory/warehousing management: Coordinate monthly stock countings with warehousing partners, and allocation (re-stock based on min/max stock levels)
• Prepare logistics/production partner scorecard 
• Transfer orders to logistics partners

Requirements

We are looking for a supply chain enthusiast with a hands-on attitude. We are looking for someone who wants to learn everything there is to know about expanding the supply chain in Europe.

Experience we’re looking for:

• You are a hands-on problem solver
• You are well-organized, diligent, and very detail-oriented
• You like to work independently and self-organized
• You are ambitious to learn
• You’re a strong team player and communications talent
• English language skills on a native level
